Meet Jane!
Meet Jane, the owner of our bakery! She graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Food Science and later pursued her passion for baking by graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park with a degree in baking and
pastry arts.
After school Jane honed her skills by studying with renowned cake designer Maggie Austin and interning for Ron Ben-Israel in New York City. Her unique talent lies in hand crafting lifelike gum paste sugar flowers that add a touch of elegance to every cake.

Ultimately, Jane knew that she wanted to bring her passion back to NEPA and open a bakery that her community could enjoy!
